1 ripe Banana
1/2 apple (without seeds!)
1 chopped carrot
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup plain Yoghurt (I use 2%)
a little bit of water
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth---then pour into an Ice Cube tray and freeze. I also fill our Kongs with this mix...only thing is, you need to block the small hole on the bottom. For that you can place a Blueberry or a piece of carrot or apple on the hole and then fill the Kong. Keep it upright in a small container and freeze.
This is a perfectly healthy AND yummy treat for hot days!
